Act B4 Diabetes Benefits

The Act B4 Diabetes Prevention Program follows a year long evidence-based curriculum and is led by a trained Lifestyle Coach and Doctors.

Participants learn new skills, set goals, and receive group support. Together, participants learn to prevent or delay type 2 diabetes through weight loss, healthy eating, coping with challenges, and increased physical activity.
